We use PAXI as our primary courier service for nationwide deliveries.
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully processed. When your parcel is dispatched and, on its way, you’ll receive an SMS notification from your chosen PAXI collection point.
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
At Nzulu African Boutique we take pride in the quality of our products and we ensure that each product is inspected before we dispatch. Our products are made with delicate beadwork and for this reason we do not accept any returns and exchanges unless it is in the case of defective or damaged goods. To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order. Reasons for return such as change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference will not be accepted. All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied with a proof of purchase.

Unique dress
I found a unique dress, and I’ve already gotten multiple compliments wearing it. My only small downside is that some items are on the pricier side, so it’s not the kind of place I’d shop at every month – but for special occasions, it’s worth it.
